All online purchases are shipped via UPS Shipping for free, and leave the store within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed. The average delivery time for UPS ground is 4 to 6 business days inside of the continental U.S. You may also expedite your order by selecting a faster method of shipping during the Google Checkout process.
During the Google Checkout process, you can choose for us to hold the merchandise for "In-Store Pickup". Buyer is required to pick-up the merchandise within 7 days of the Internet purchase. We reserve the right to place the item back on sale and a 10% restocking fee will be charged to the Buyer. We do try to accommodate our customer's needs therefore we allow for exceptions due to extenuating circumstances.

The Jewelry Exchange of Maryland wants you to be satisfied with every online purchase, but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any online order for a full refund or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
In order to return an order, it's very simple. Visit our retail location with receipt and merchandise in hand. We will inspect and verify the condition of the item. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was sold. Once this is confirmed, we issue you a credit back to the credit or debit card used, refund check, or offer an exchange of similar valued merchandise.
Begin by calling 301-869-1655 to get an authorization number and return instructions, in order to ship the item back to The Jewelry Exchange of Maryland. Once we receive the item, we will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent for a full refund. Returns take approximately 8 business days to process upon receipt of the item. We will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received at the warehouse.
